During this stage, we:

Provide early guidance on budget alignment.

Advise on permits, consultants and likely timelines.

Provide a masterplan of stages to guide delivery over time if required.
You leave this stage with:

A high-level spatial strategy and, where relevant, a masterplan for staging.
You will receive a package that can be used as the foundation for whichever next step is right for your project.
The fee for this stage is rebatable from the cost of Full Services.
