Project Feasibility

Early Project Strategic Direction

A feasibility study tests possibilities quickly so you can make the right decisions early and move forward with confidence.

It is a structured assessment of your site, brief and budget — to determine what is achievable and which direction makes sense before engaging your consultant team.

During this stage, we:

  • Assess planning controls, overlays and zoning.

  • Review site conditions, orientation and context.

  • Test your brief against what is realistically achievable.

  • Test high-level spatial approaches, including renovation, extension or new build options.

  • Identify risks, limitations and opportunities.

  • Provide early guidance on budget alignment.

  • Advise on permits, consultants and likely timelines.

  • Provide a masterplan of stages to guide delivery over time if required.

You leave this stage with:

  • A clear understanding of what can be built on your site.

  • An outline of key constraints and risks.

  • Alignment between your brief and likely cost.

  • Clarity on which direction to take.

  • A high-level spatial strategy and, where relevant, a masterplan for staging.

You will receive a package that can be used as the foundation for whichever next step is right for your project.

The fee for this stage is rebatable from the cost of Full Services.
